  • You will learn exactly how to use massage to reduce pain, numbness and restriction around your C-Section scar with over ten easy-to-follow videos.

  • We will walk you through different techniques to have you confidently massaging your scar in no time!

  • Physical and emotional trauma can contribute to numbness and disconnection with your tummy. We will teach you ways to reconnect with your tummy and core again which is a huge part of c-section recovery.

  • Learn how correctly breathing can have a huge influence over your scar and healing.

Eating for healing

  • Learn the science behind why it can be hard to lose your ‘mummy tummy’ and overhang, and how to make some simple shifts in your diet to lose fat around your tummy.
